1. Who we are

The Platform is operated by Executive Acceleration Learning. If your organization has purchased Intellique for you (for example, your employer or a learning sponsor), that organization is the controller of your learning records and we process that data on its behalf as a service provider / processor. For accounts you create yourself, we act as the controller.

2. Information we collect

Account & profile data. Name, email address, password (stored hashed), role, job title, organization, profile photo, language preference, and any profile fields you or your organization complete.

Authentication data. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile and email address to create or match your account. We do not receive your Google password.

Learning activity data. Program and cohort enrolments, activity progress and completion, assessment attempts and responses, survey and 360-degree feedback responses, coaching session notes and bookings, capstone submissions, goals, certificates, and points/leaderboard data (where enabled).

Content you submit. Files, text, and other materials you upload to activities, submissions, discussions, or support requests.

Usage & device data. Log data such as IP address, browser/device type, operating system, app version, pages or screens viewed, and timestamps, collected to operate and secure the Platform.

Cookies & local storage. We use strictly necessary cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

The mobile app does not request device permissions such as camera, location, contacts, or microphone, and does not collect precise location.

3. How we use information

• Provide, personalize, and maintain the Platform and your learning journey.
• Authenticate you, secure accounts, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Generate progress tracking, reports, and analytics for you and your program administrators.
• Power AI-assisted features such as chat assistance, recommendations, content retrieval, risk scoring, and grading support (see Section 5).
• Send service communications (e.g. enrolment, reminders, verification, security notices) by email.
• Respond to support requests and enforce our terms.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Platform); legitimate interests (security, product improvement, analytics); consent (optional features such as leaderboard opt-in); and compliance with legal obligations.

5. AI features

Certain features send relevant content (for example your question, your learning records scoped to you, or course materials) to a large-language-model provider to generate a response. Our AI features currently run on Amazon Web Services' Bedrock service, which hosts the underlying foundation and embedding models; depending on deployment we may also use OpenAI, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, or a self-hosted model. We instruct our providers not to use your content to train their foundation models. AI output can be inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice.

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• Your organization / program administrators — program managers, faculty, and coaches assigned to you can see your relevant learning records.
• Service providers (sub-processors) acting on our instructions, including cloud hosting and file storage (Amazon Web Services), transactional email (AWS SES), and AI model providers as described above.
• Authorities or third parties where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Platform.
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

7. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our cloud and AI providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform. Where Intellique is provided through your organization, retention and deletion are governed by that organization's instructions and contract. We retain limited records longer where necessary for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

9. Your rights

Subject to your local law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If your account was provisioned by an organization, please direct these requests to that organization; we will assist them as their processor. Otherwise, contact support@intellique.in. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, role-based access control, and least-privilege access to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Platform is intended for use by adults in a professional or higher-education context and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. The “Effective” date above indicates when this version took effect.
