1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Accounts are often provisioned and managed by your organization, which may suspend or remove your access.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it other than through the provided interfaces.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems, or circumvent security or access controls.
• Do not scrape, resell, or use the Platform to build a competing product.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Platform to you and your organization. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

5. Intellectual property

The Platform, including course materials provided by Intellique or its partners, software, and branding, is owned by Executive Acceleration Learning or its licensors and is protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred.

6. AI-assisted features

Some features generate output using large language models. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete, is provided for informational purposes only, and is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Verify important information independently.

7. Third-party services

The Platform relies on third-party services (for example cloud hosting, email delivery, and AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of any linked third-party site is governed by that party's terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Executive Acceleration Learning will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Platform or its users. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
